We are looking for a reliable and technically capable person to support our team with software engineering interviews and job opportunities across the LATAM market. The ideal candidate should be fluent or professionally proficient in both Spanish and English and have a solid general understanding of software development concepts. Responsibilities • Remain online and available during working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ART and respond to messages within approximately 10 minutes. • If you expect an emergency or situation that may affect your availability, notify us in advance whenever possible. • Study and become familiar with the technical documents and preparation materials provided for upcoming technical interviews. • Be available to attend urgent or unscheduled meetings when necessary during working hours. • Maintain a proactive attitude and follow employer instructions carefully. • Maintain reliable internet, power, computer, and camera availability so that opportunities and meetings are not missed. • Be available for long-term collaboration without significant scheduling restrictions. • Be comfortable handling multiple job opportunities when required. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with us. Requirements • Fluent or professional Spanish and English • Good understanding of software engineering interviews is preferred • Strong communication skills • Reliable internet connection and computer setup • Full-time availability during ART working hours • Able to respond quickly during working hours • Proactive, responsible, and interested in long-term collaboration Compensation We are open to either a fixed hourly rate combined with performance-based compensation or a higher success-based compensation model. This is intended to be a long-term collaboration. We will provide interview schedules, preparation materials, training, and ongoing technical support.
