Responsibilities - Develop and maintain user-facing features across front-end and back-end application layers. - Write clean, readable, and maintainable code using appropriate web development frameworks and tools. - Build and integrate APIs, manage data flows, and support database-driven functionality. - Test, troubleshoot, and resolve defects while improving application performance and usability. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an early-career developer working the morning shift. What we’re looking for - Clear spoken and written English communication, with the ability to explain technical issues and collaborate remotely. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development. - Familiarity with at least one modern front-end or back-end framework and server-side programming concepts. - Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and integration between application layers. - Basic database skills, including relational queries, data modeling, and CRUD operations. Proficiency with Git, debugging, browser developer tools, and structured problem-solving. - Ability to write maintainable code, follow development standards, and participate constructively in code reviews.
