We are looking for someone to talk to our clients. Our clients are in the United States. We need a person who speaks US native English. You will be the one who answers their calls and their emails. You will help them feel comfortable and informed. This is not a technical job. You do not need to write code. You just need to be good with people. You need to listen well and explain things clearly. You will take in what the client says and pass it along to the right people. a The most important thing is your communication. You should be friendly and professional. You should know how to handle questions and keep conversations smooth. We also need you to have some experience in the software world. You do not have to be an engineer.
