By using ProLatamWork you agree to these terms governing access to and use of our freelancer marketplace in Latin America.
ProLatamWork is a marketplace connecting clients with verified freelancers across LATAM. Users must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
Payments are processed via PayPal Escrow. Clients deposit funds into escrow upon accepting a proposal; freelancers receive payment after work approval.
ProLatamWork charges a 5%–15% commission on each completed transaction, depending on the project amount.
In case of conflict between client and freelancer, ProLatamWork acts as mediator. Escrowed funds are released according to the support team's resolution.
Fraud, harassment, commission evasion, illegal use, and creating multiple accounts to abuse the system are strictly prohibited.
